Parenting Can Be A Joy. Really. 

It’s simple: our society is set up to fail. I call this the undeclared “war” on childhood. 

Today, more than ever - children are exposed to too much, too soon. This overstimulation, in the form of toys, sounds, lights, ideas, screens… puts children in a constant state of fight or flight… 

On top of this - parents are overextended. Often both parents are working, and they’re undersupported from their families and community.  

And when we seek answers - especially online - we get conflicting advice, or advice that is down right wrong. 

Put all this together, and what do we get? 

Chaos. 

That’s the bad news…

The good news is: there are simple, straightforward strategies that we can use to reduce the overwhelm of our children, and support ourselves as parents.
